My character can either be polyamorus or monogamous. This means she can fall for multiple people, and know how to balance relationships or stay faithful to one person. I am not an elitist. Typos can happen and I certainly know I am not perfect on multiple levels. Please be cordial and don't judge me by minimal typos; I know I don't when it comes to other roleplayers. I do try to proof-read for your benefit, but sometimes my vision skips over words or doubles them, or my fingers type faster than my focused thoughts.

I am open to plotting stories or roleplaying together episodically! I personally like to plot dramatic or even dark stories, though that is never required to write with me. Romance is a guilty pleasure, but not always applicable. Please note more often than not, I prefer to discuss our character dynamics before seeking romance.

origin.
Carolh grew up in an off-shoot of the Coeurl tribe, her father of course being the Nuhn. Her mother was a Keeper of the Moon woman who moved to Eastern Thanalan to protect her sister from an unnamed source. Her father took both the Keepers into his protection and wedded them both, much to his elder sister's disgust.Carolh's paternal aunt was known to be strict, and at times cruel, to the other females of the tribe. Carolh was not exempt from such, as she was treated badly for being half Seeker. Her paternal aunt was never forced out of the tribe due to her strange abilities to protect, heal, and maim enemies of the tribe, particularly the Amalj'aa. She was heavily regarded as a shaman that would be respected by the Coeurl tribe.As a child, Carolh was attached to her mother by the hip practically. She loved her mother dearly, and also her mother's sister by proxy. When her maternal aunt became pregnant with her half-sister, C'sua, she was thrilled. However, the day of C'sua's birth, her maternal aunt mysteriously died after holding her baby once. Losing her maternal aunt was devastating, not only for her but for her mother.Carolh's mother could not handle the pain of loss. Her reason for being in Thanalan pointless. She wanted to be back with her clan in the Shroud. When she tried to take Carolh and C'sua with her, Carolh's awful paternal aunt forbade it, forcing Carolh's mother from the tribe.Now having lost both her mother and her mother's sister, Carolh had little else to cling to except for her baby sister-cousin, C'sua. While Carolh did have a decent relationship with her father, the Nuhn, things started to change. Almost as if he was no longer the protector of the tribe. His sister rose in superiority and was particularly unkind to Carolh and C'sua both, more than anyone else. None could oppose her; her powers keeping the tribe in check.Abused, Carolh had, over time, began to despise living in the tribe. She would often watch would be adventurers run the desert in the distance, smiling as they had freedom. Eventually the Calamity with Dalamud erupted the skies with fire, and the Coeurl tribe was forced into hiding. In that time, C'sua's aether began to pool within her, luring Voidsent to their place of sanctuary. They called her 'cursed'. Their paternal aunt was strangely hands off however, pretending to show remorse for C'sua and her tribeswomen who fought the Voidsent.Carolh found such behavior unforgivable, thus she started observing her aunt, sneaking around her. She had an awful feeling about the woman. Wanting to be as powerful as her to protect C'sua and find some kind of cure, she aspired to learn these magics, until one day she was caught and punished.By then, she was old enough to be exiled, and they sent her on her way into the Thanalan sands, never to return to her sister, C'sua.
present.
In the present day, Carolh now lives in her apartment in Ul'dah where she enrolled herself into the Thaumaturge's Guild. It is there that she learns more about her magic and why Voidsent were coming after her sister. She wanted to desperately find a way to cure her, any means necessary, within reason. She studies magic and alchemy, focusing as hard as she could to be a proper asset to her sister.By then, she wasn't aware C'sua was later exiled as well and sought sanctuary in the Black Shroud.
